ることによつてハンドル7aに対してステム9a
が回転自在となるよう構成する。19aはベロー
ズであつて、上記ステム9aに設けられた円盤部
20aと、本体3aに設けられた凸部21aにシ
ール溶接にて挾持される。また22aは上記本体
3aの首部4a内周に螺合固定されるグランドで
