れた感光性樹脂含有膜を全面露光するようにした
露光装置において、 上記ゾーンシヤツタを光透過部を有する可撓性
板状部材と、この可撓性板状部材の両端両側部に
取り付けられて上記可撓性板状部材とともにルー
プを形成する可撓性ループ形成部材とで構成し、
このゾーンシヤツタを回転自在な複数の装架体に
