Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の照明灯を上下方向にケース内に並設
した照明装置のケースの上端部を、構造体の垂れ
壁下面に取付けることによつて、前記照明装置が
該垂れ壁を延長した部分を形成するように構成し
たことを特徴とするクリーンルーム用照明設備。 (2) ケースは、その表面が垂れ壁表面と同一平
面で連続し、かつケースの下端部の前後方向縦断
面が流線形状をなす実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のクリーンルーム用照明設備。 (3) ケースは、その裏板を該ケースの裏側から
着脱可能に設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
又は同第２項記載のクリーンルーム用照明設備。
