に於いて、 前記ベルトブロツクを金属又はセラミツクス製
ブロツクの両端面のプーリ接触面に摩擦材を配し
て構成すると共に、相手材であるプーリ材料とし
て表面硬さがHv400以上の鋼を用いたことを
