When knitting gloves, the yarn used is changed during knitting in order to create a pattern. In this case, the replaced old yarn is left extended in the course direction on the back side of the knitted fabric (on the inside of the glove), or the end of the yarn is cut off when knitting is finished. However, when the yarn ends are cut, the yarn ends remain outside the knitted fabric, so it takes time and effort to manually pull them into the knitted fabric to increase the commercial value.

The yarn end of the auxiliary yarn 63 crosses between the glove 15 and the auxiliary yarn pressing plate 42 as shown in FIG. The end of this yarn is connected to the upper surface of the movable blade 36 and the protrusion 4 of the auxiliary yarn presser plate 42 as described above.
The threads connected to the knitted fabric of the glove extend from the sloped part 49 of the yarn guide plate 44 to the upper surface of the protruding part 48 to reach the knitted fabric. As is clear from FIG. 1, the protruding part 48 of the yarn guide plate 44 is at the highest position of the threads between them, and the auxiliary thread 63 is bent in an "H" shape with the protruding part 48 at the top. Since the protruding portion 48 has elasticity, the auxiliary thread 63 in this portion receives an upward repulsive force from the protruding portion 48 . Then, when the auxiliary yarn carrier 62 makes one reciprocation and starts moving to the left again to feed the yarn to the needle of the front needle bed 21, the wire 56 is pulled by a mechanism (not shown) and the auxiliary yarn scissors sliding plate 31 is moved as shown in FIG. It slides to the right in FIG. As a result, the auxiliary thread scissors 2 have the cam follower 37 fitted into the groove cam 35 of the auxiliary thread scissors sliding plate 31.
The movable blade 36 of No. 5 rotates clockwise in FIG. 3 about the screw shaft 40 to open the blade. As a result, the upper surface of the movable blade 36 and the protrusion 47 of the auxiliary thread presser plate 42
Since the contact between the lower surfaces is broken, the end of the auxiliary yarn that has been nipped at this portion is released, and at the same time, the end of the yarn is repelled upward by the elasticity of the protrusion 48 of the yarn guide plate 44. Further, if an elastic yarn is used as the auxiliary yarn 63, its repulsive force will be further increased and the yarn end will fly in the direction of the glove opening knitting part. For this reason, the flying yarn end becomes entangled with the auxiliary yarn 63 from the auxiliary yarn carrier 62 running to the left for knitting the second course of the opening section by the front needle bed 21. Therefore, when the auxiliary yarn is fed to the front needle bed 21, the yarn end is also knitted at the same time, and the yarn end does not protrude outside the knitted fabric.

The knitting of the opening knitting part where the yarn ends at the beginning of knitting are treated as described above is performed by knitting the auxiliary yarn carrier 6 after knitting several courses.
The process ends when the thread 2 reaches the auxiliary thread end processing device 2 on the little finger side. Then, by further pulling the wire 56, the auxiliary thread scissors sliding plate 31 moves to the right, and the cam follower 37 moves within the groove cam 35, causing the movable blade 36 to move.
, and at the same time the cam follower 5 in the cam groove 55 due to the movement of the looper drive cam 54.
2 raises the looper 51 and raises the hook 54 higher than the auxiliary thread 63 extending from the auxiliary thread carrier 62 to the glove 15, as shown in FIG. Next, when the tension on the wire 58 is released, the auxiliary thread scissors sliding plate 31 moves to the left by the contraction force of the spring 34, rotates the looper 51 counterclockwise, and the hook 54 moves the auxiliary thread carrier 62.
and the auxiliary thread 63 connected to the little finger side of the opening part of the glove 15
Lock it and pull it down into a V-shape and remove a part of it with the auxiliary thread scissors 2.
5 into the opening between the movable blade 36 and the fixed blade 38. In this state, when the auxiliary thread scissors sliding plate 31 moves further to the left, the movable blade of the auxiliary thread scissors 25 closes and the auxiliary thread 62
At the same time as the auxiliary thread carrier 62 is cut, the end of the cut thread that is connected to the auxiliary thread carrier 62 is nipped between the upper surface of the movable blade 36 and the lower surface of the protrusion 47 of the auxiliary thread presser plate 42. Further, the thread end connected to the little finger side of the opening knitting part is released from the tension by the hook 54 at the same time as cutting, and therefore rebounds toward the glove side.

As detailed above, in the method of the present invention, even when the yarn is switched during knitting using the main yarn to knit the opening section, the yarn is fed from the carrier in order to blow up the yarn end at a position closer to the glove than the looper. The yarn end can be easily attached to the yarn being threaded, the yarn end can be neatly knitted into the knitted fabric, and when the yarn extending from the nipped point to the knitted fabric comes into pressure contact with the yarn guide plate, The elasticity of the yarn guide plate allows the yarn end with the nip released to fly in the direction of the knitted fabric, so there is no need to provide an air blowing mechanism to make the yarn end fly, and the yarn can be easily fed for next course knitting. The flying yarn ends can be added to the yarn being changed, and gloves can be automatically knitted in which the yarn ends when the yarn is switched are knitted into the knitted fabric.

1. By feeding yarn using a main yarn carrier and an auxiliary yarn carrier to the needles of a pair of front and rear needle beds with their tops facing each other, the little finger bag is positioned on one side and the thumb bag is positioned on the other side, and bag knitting is performed. When knitting the opening part of a glove, when the main yarn carrier finishes feeding the main yarn on either the little finger side or the thumb side of the glove and the main yarn carrier is in the position on that one side, the main yarn The thread extending between the carrier and the glove is pulled down in a V-shape by a looper, a part of which is drawn into the main thread scissor opening, and then by an auxiliary thread carrier located on the opposite side of the stopped main thread carrier, When the auxiliary yarn whose end is nipped by the nipping member is fed following the feeding of the main yarn, the auxiliary yarn carrier is reversed at the position of the main yarn carrier, and the yarn is fed to the needle of the opposite needle bed. Then, the main thread scissors are closed to cut the main thread, and at the same time, the thread end connected to the main thread carrier is grasped, and at the same time, air is ejected from the nozzle to blow up the main thread thread end connected to the glove side. The end of the main yarn is attached to the auxiliary yarn that is being fed to the needle on the opposite needle bed, and the end of the main yarn is knitted together with the auxiliary yarn into the opening knitting section. When the knitting of the second course of the section starts, the nip member including the movable blade that nipped the end of the auxiliary thread at the start of the first course of knitting using the auxiliary thread is released, and elastic force is applied to the end of the auxiliary thread. The elastic force of the yarn guide that was imparting this causes the yarn end to fly toward the glove side, and the second course of yarn is fed by the auxiliary yarn carrier, and the flying auxiliary yarn end is The auxiliary yarn carrier is knitted along with the auxiliary yarn that is being fed into the course of the opening knitting section. After the auxiliary yarn is used to knit the opening section in a predetermined course, the auxiliary yarn carrier is stopped at the end of the knitting machine on the opposite side from the main yarn carrier. The auxiliary yarn extending between the glove knitted fabric and the auxiliary yarn carrier is pulled down into a V-shape by the looper, and a part of the yarn is positioned in the auxiliary yarn scissor opening, and an elastic force is generated between the looper and the glove knitted fabric. A method of knitting a glove opening knitted part which maintains a state in pressure contact with a yarn guide plate having a yarn guide plate.
