The present invention provides a granular wettable powder with improved disintegrability and dispersibility in water. More specifically, the present invention provides an agricultural chemical active ingredient having the general formula [] R 1 O (A 1 O) nSO 3 M 1 [] (wherein R 1 is an alkyl group, an alkylphenyl group, or a phenylphenol group). A 1 O may be the same or different, and represents ethylene oxide or propylene oxide; n represents an integer from 3 to 100; and M 1 represents an alkali metal, ammonium, or amine base). , or the general formula [] R 2 O (A 2 O) mCOCH 2 SO 3 M 2 [] (wherein R 2 is an alkyl group having 8 to 18 carbon atoms,
represents an alkyl phenyl group, A 2 O may be the same or different, represents ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, m represents an integer from 3 to 100, M 2 represents an alkali metal, ammonium or amine base) The present invention relates to providing a granular wettable powder with improved physical properties, which is characterized by adding at least one anionic surfactant represented by the following formula and a nonionic surfactant. In recent years, in order to save labor, a method has become popular in which a preparation containing a high concentration of agrochemical active ingredient is diluted and sprayed at a low magnification. Currently, emulsions and wettable powders are the mainstream form of these formulations. but,
Emulsions contain large amounts of organic solvents, which pose problems such as flammability, volatility, and irritation. In addition, when spraying, there are problems such as drifting away from the destination, causing chemical damage to crops, and contaminating car paint. On the other hand, wettable powders do not contain solvents and therefore do not have the same problems as emulsions, but when the chemicals are added to the tank, they generate a lot of dust, which can be inhaled by workers and cause skin problems. has become a problem in terms of health and safety. In order to solve these problems, a method has been developed in which agrochemical wettable powders are made into granules to prevent dusting. For example, conventional wettable powders are blended with water-soluble inorganic salts to form granules (Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-12577), sugars, naphthalenesulfonic acid surfactants, and alkali metal phosphates are blended. It is available in the form of granules (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 163303/1983). By granulating it, dusting can certainly be prevented. However, even if you try to contain the active ingredient at a high concentration and dilute it at a low ratio, it takes time for the granules to disintegrate into a suspension in water, or the granules disintegrate and disperse quickly. However, there are drawbacks such as some particles floating or settling. Therefore, especially in the latter case, the spreader may become clogged or a mixture of undispersed solid particles and hydrated suspension may be sprayed, making it impossible to spray uniformly, resulting in less effective control. The reality is that we have not yet reached the point where we can fully demonstrate this. The present inventors have conducted repeated research to solve these problems. As a result, the above-mentioned 2
The present inventors have discovered that the problems of the current formulations described above can be solved by simultaneously adding a surfactant to form a granular wettable powder, leading to the completion of the present invention. According to the granular hydrating agent of the present invention, a sulfuric acid ester-based anionic surfactant or a sulfonic acid-based anionic surfactant obtained by adding a polyalkylene represented by the general formula [ ] to a conventional hydrating agent is combined with Even if agrochemical active ingredients are contained at a high concentration by combining an ionic surfactant at a certain ratio to form granules, it is difficult to dilute and spray at a low magnification suitable for aerial spraying. It is quickly suspended in water and can be spread evenly without clogging up spraying equipment. Furthermore, since the granular wettable powder of the present invention does not use an organic solvent, it does not suffer from the problems described above with emulsions, and unlike powdery wettable powders, there is no danger from dusting. In addition, since it is granular, it is easy to handle, and since it does not stick to containers, it also has the characteristics that the drug can be used without wasting it. Anionic surfactants that can be used in the present invention include:

However, the excellent effects described above can only be achieved by using two types together as in the present invention. The addition ratio of these surfactants needs to be changed as appropriate depending on the target agricultural active ingredient, but usually formulations are formulated with a ratio of 0.05 to 1 part nonionic surfactant to 1 part anionic surfactant. It may be added in an amount of 2% by weight or more, preferably 5 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight. Agrochemical active ingredients that can be used in the present invention are not particularly limited, but include, for example, the following: The active ingredient name is "Pesticide Handbook 1981

In addition, from Examples 1 to 6, the nonionic surfactant was removed and the same amount of white carbon was used instead, and from Examples 1 to 6, the anionic surfactant was removed and the Instead, a formulation prepared by replacing the same amount of white carbon was used as a control agent in the test. Test Example 1 Disintegration test in water Five samples manufactured according to the example were placed in a 8.5 cm diameter shear dish containing 30 ml of 3rd degree hard water, and the time required for the particles to disintegrate and no longer retain their original shape was measured. Calculate the average value. The shorter the disintegration time, the better, but as long as it disintegrates within 60 seconds, there is no problem at all. 2. Dispersibility test 50 g of the sample prepared according to the example was placed in a 200 ml stoppered cylinder containing 150 ml of 3 degree hard water and allowed to stand for 1 minute. After standing still, perform a vigorous handstand 30 times,
Let stand again and observe the state of dispersion. Let stand for another hour, then pass through a 250 mesh sieve. The residue on the sieve is transferred onto a filter paper using a small amount of water, and after drying, the weight of the residue is measured. The lower the weight of the residue, the better. Note that the evaluation of the dispersion state was performed based on the following criteria. Standard evaluation of dispersed state 〇 Uniform dispersion △ Undispersed × Agglomerated If undispersed or agglomerated in the dispersed state, the chemical solution cannot be uniformly dispersed, leading to a lack of biological effects. Furthermore, if the amount of sieve residue is large, the strainer and nozzle in the spraying device will become clogged, making spraying impossible. There is no problem if the amount of residue is 50 ml or less under the conditions of this test example, but if it becomes abnormal, there is a risk of causing the above-mentioned trouble. The types of test numbers in the table are as follows: No. 1 to 30 Invention products No. 31 to 55 Control agent (using only anionic surfactant) No. 56 to 83 (using only nonionic surfactant) (Usage) The test results are shown in Table 1.
