転中心線と平行に配設され、且つ両端が側が側板
4A,4Bに対応溶接されると共に、その長手方
向中央下部で後述する支持板を吊持する開口部が
下向きの溝形鋼からなる吊持部材4Kと、該吊持
部材4Kに溶接にて吊持され、後述する軸を支持
する一対の支持板4L,4Mとで構成されるもの
