- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板に複数の透孔を一線上に形成し、これ
らの透孔を結ぶ線に沿つて分割可能としてなる印
刷配線板において、前記基板の端部における分割
強度を、その中央部における分割強度よりも大き
くしたことを特徴とする印刷配線板。 (2) 前記透孔が、長孔と、円孔または前記長孔
よりも長径の短い長孔からなり、かつ前記円孔ま
たは長径の短い長孔を基板の端縁近傍に偏在させ
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の印刷配線板。 (3) 前記基板の端縁近傍の透孔のピツチが、そ
の中央の透孔のピツチよりも大きくされているこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の印刷配線板。 (4) 前記透孔が円孔であり、かつ前記基板の端
縁近傍の円孔の径が、中央部の円孔の径よりも小
さくされていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の印刷配線板。
