折流板で複数の単位巻線毎に仕切り且つ少くとも
一つの単位巻線の上下に位置する水平油道間隔を
他の単位巻線間の水平油道間隔よりも拡大して構
成したものにおいて、前記拡大油道を夫々半径方
向にのびる平面を有し且つ前記円板巻線と各絶縁
筒との間に形成される垂直油道を閉塞しない内外
径を有する2枚の絶縁カラーにより上下方向に3
区分するとともに前記絶縁カラー間の水平油道の
外周に流量抑制板を巻きつけて前記水平油道を閉
塞させることにより前記拡大水平油道を上下に区
