is formed by bending the strip-shaped plate-shaped base 3b in the direction of the dissociation member 4 so as to expand both sides thereof, and provides through-holes 13, 13 in these bent parts 3c, 3c, respectively, and the plate-shaped base 3b An insertion hole 14 is provided in the
Further, the above-mentioned turn lever supports 3a, 3a are formed to protrude from both sides of the plate-shaped base 3b. In this case, the bending angle θ of the bending portions 3c, 3c is preferably about 30 to 70°. The disassembly member 4 is attached to the base member 3 so as to be openable and closable. This disassembly member 4 has a through hole 15 in the center of a plate-like base 4a, hook-shaped protruding supports 4b on both sides, and turn lever receiving pieces 4c and 4 on both sides of the end.
It is set up so as to expand c. The above through hole 15
consists of a semicircular large-diameter portion and a long hole-shaped portion, and a stepped portion 15a is formed between them. The projecting supports 4b, 4b are inserted into the through holes 13, 13 and engaged with the upper edges thereof, and are inserted into the through holes 13, 13 and engaged with the upper edges thereof.
The dissociation member 4 can be rotated in the opening direction (direction away from the base member 3) and the closing direction (direction approaching the base member 3) using the contact surfaces 4d, 4d between the dissociation member 3 and the dissociation member 4 as fulcrums. There is. Furthermore, the turn lever receiving pieces 4c, 4c are the ones in which the curved surface 11b for disassembly of the turn lever 7 comes into contact, and as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the disassembly member 4 is open with the end point of rotation in contact with the base member 3.
An insertion hole 16 is provided in the insertion tongue piece 5a.

The latch pin 6 has a pin portion 6b that loosely passes through the insertion hole 15 of the dissociation member 4 so that it can slide slightly, and a collar portion 5a that supports the stepped portion 15a as a fulcrum as shown in FIG. When the slider 8 separates from the releasing member 4, the latch pin 6 is pressed in the direction of arrow C by the elastic force of the leaf spring 18, and at the same time, the releasing member 4 closes, and the latch pin 6
passes through the insertion hole 16 of the tongue 5 and the insertion hole 14 of the base member 3. In this state, the tongue 5 is locked to the base member 3 and the release member 4 via the latch pin 6. At this time of locking, as shown in FIG. It is received by the inner wall of the through hole 13 that is in contact with the side surface of the protruding support 4b.

グ5を外すことができる。 Next, to release tongue 5 from the locked state,
As shown in FIG. 6, the push button 9 is pushed in the direction of arrow A against the elastic force of the compression coil spring 10 for restoring the push button. By this pushing, the turn lever pushing part 9
The pushbutton receiver 11a at position a rotates in the direction of arrow B. Due to this rotation, the contact point between the disassembly curved surface 11b and the turn lever receiving piece 4c moves from the rotation start point s to the rotation end point. As a result of this movement, the turn lever receiving piece 4c of the disassembly member 4 opens, and in conjunction with this, the latch pin 6 moves in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow C, and passes through the insertion hole 14 of the base member 3 and the insertion hole 16 of the tongue 5, respectively. It comes off. Here, since the distance between the shaft hole 11c of the turn lever 7 and the rotation start point s is significantly shorter than the distance between the shaft hole 11c and the push button receiving portion 11a, the turn lever receiving portion is moved with a large force due to the so-called lever principle. 4c, 4c in the opening direction, the latch pin 6 can be separated from the insertion hole 14 of the base member 3 and the insertion hole 16 of the tongue 5. That is, when removing the latch pin 6, a frictional force is generated due to the tensile force of the tongue 5, and the frictional force is particularly significant in the initial stage of removing the latch pin 6, and therefore a large pressing force is required. The latch pin 6 can be smoothly released. Furthermore, since the distance of the disassembly curved surface 11b is increased toward the end point of rotation, even if the rotation angle of the turn lever 11 is small, the amount of movement of the dissociation member 4 and the latch pin 6 is large enough to allow the latch pin 6 to pass through the hole. It can be reliably dissociated from 14 and 16. Additionally, latch pin 6
When removing it, it can be pressed with a relatively small force except for the initial stage, so there is no problem even if the distance is long. Further, the insertion hole 15 of the dissociation member 4 is
The latch pin 6 is formed to be looser than the diameter of the latch pin 6.
can slide slightly inside the insertion hole 15. Further, since the insertion hole 15 forms a stepped portion 15a, the latch pin 6 can tilt slightly using this as a fulcrum. Therefore, when the disassembly member 4 is opened by the action of the turn lever 7, the latch pin 6 can be moved vertically downward (in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow C) regardless of the rotation direction of the dissociation member 4, and the latch pin 6 can be moved vertically downward (in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow C). The pin 6 can be smoothly disengaged. Furthermore, since an inclined surface 6c is formed on the end surface of the latch pin 6,
Even if the dissociation member 4 does not open much, when the tongue 5 is pulled, the inner wall of the insertion hole 16 hits the inclined surface 6c, and the latch pin 6 is pushed down in the direction opposite to the arrow C direction, so that the tongue 5 can be removed.

It moves in the direction of arrow D by the elastic force of , enters between the base member 3 and the releasing member 4, and maintains the releasing member 4 in an open state. In this state, the tongue 5 that has come off the latch pin 6 can be removed.

In addition, since the bent part is inclined, the area in contact with the inner wall of the through-hole of the bent part and the protruding branch of the dissection member becomes large, and the tensile force of the tongue is applied at three points: the inner wall of the through-hole and the inner wall of the insertion hole. The locking of the tongue is ensured for receiving.
