Claims (1)

給送台の上面には前記薄膜フイルムを吸着可能な
複数の吸着部が前記薄膜フイルムの前記繰り出し
方向に間隔をあけて設けられ、前記基台には前記
薄膜フイルムの両側部を吸着可能なキヤリアが前
記給送台の一端と他端の間を往復動可能に設けら
れ、前記基台には前記キヤリアの往復駆動手段が
備えられていることを特徴とする薄膜フイルムの
