By the way, when such a housing complex information system is installed in a large-scale housing complex, for example, a large-scale condominium with 200 to 300 units, since such housing has multiple collective entrances, it is necessary to install a collective entrance machine for the system installed at the collective entrance. Multiple locations will also be installed. Even in the conventional system, it is possible to equip multiple entrance gates. However, when a conventional system is equipped with multiple entrances, there is only one communication line, so if you make a call or make a call from one entrance, this communication line will be busy, and during that time,
You will not be able to make calls or make calls from other entrances. Therefore, there is a drawback that waiting time is increased due to the other entrance being busy.

The collective entrance machine 5A sends information indicating this to the transmission line 3, and the main control device 1 receives the signal. The main control device 1 analyzes the received data and sends a signal to the repeater 11 indicating that relay RYA is to be turned on in order to connect the telephone line 2a to which the collective entrance device 5A is connected to the in-house main device 6-1. send. The repeater 11 receives the signal via the transmission I/F, and the control 1/F 15 turns on the relay RYA according to a command from the CPU 13. Thereby, the telephone line 2a is connected to the telephone line of the in-house base unit 6-1. After that, the main control bag @1 connects to the residential main unit 6- through the transmission line 3.

Assume that while a call is being made on the collective entrance unit 5A, a call is made from the collective entrance unit 5B, specifying the in-house base unit 6-2. At this time, the main controller 1 controls the collective entrance machine 5.
In order to connect the telephone line 2b to which B is connected to the in-home base unit 6-2, the relay RYo in the repeater 11 is turned on. The procedure in this case is the same as the procedure for calling and talking in the collective entrance machine 5A described above. By turning on the relay RYo, the collective clothes 111J15B and the 11 units in the dwelling unit 6-2 are able to monopolize the telephone line 2b and make a telephone call. In this case, the telephone line 2a is connected to the previous telephone call, but since the telephone line connected to the collective entrance 115B is not 2a but 2b, the telephone call can be made regardless of the previous telephone call.

At the actual IIM @ above, I am middle school! The transmission line of the device 11 is the same as the transmission line connected to the in-house base unit. Additionally, the correspondence between the repeater and the in-house base unit connected to it has also been determined. Therefore, if the repeater also captures the calling signal sent from the main control device to the in-home base unit, analyzes the captured data, and turns on the relay as appropriate, there is no need to assign a device address to the repeater. However, in this case, the CPU in the repeater needs to have a function capable of determining which relays to turn on and off based on the above-mentioned captured data.

In addition, in this embodiment, control data is exchanged between the main controller 1, the manager's main unit 4, and the collective entrance units 5A and 5B via the transmission line 3. By providing a line 7 and transmitting control data through this line, more detailed control can be performed. □ FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the connection relationship when a transmission line for repeaters is provided separately. Note that parts common or corresponding to those in FIG. 1 are indicated by the same reference numerals. In the figure, a transmission line 3a is a line for transmitting and receiving transmission signals to and from all the repeaters in the system, including the repeater 11. on the other hand,
The transmission line 3b is a line for exchanging transmission signals with the in-house base unit. If a repeater is installed, the number of addresses that can be assigned to residential base units, that is, the number of residential base units that can be installed, will be reduced by the device address assigned to this repeater, but by dividing the transmission line in this way, More device addresses can be taken, which more than makes up for this decrease.
