【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は、空気調和機等のモーターの吊り下げ
取付装置に関するものである。 〔発明の背景〕 従来の吊り下げ取付装置は、第1図〜第9図に
示す如く、モーターの防振ゴム2の全円周に切
られている溝3を固定脚の固定部5に挿入し、
その外周から固定金具を重ね、固定金具のス
リツト7を固定脚の引掛け部8に挿入し、固定
金具の穴9にねじ10を通し、ナツト11にて
締付ける。この様な装置においては、モーター取
付時に、モーターの垂直荷重を手で受けながら、
前記のように固定金具ねじ10およびナツト1
1を組立る為、作業が繁雑になる。また、モータ
のすべての垂直荷重を、固定金具とねじ1
0が受ける為、充分な強度を有した大きいものが
必要になる。さらに、ナツト11の締付力も微妙
で熟練が必要であり、本構造に対する信頼性が少
ないという種々の欠点があつた。 〔発明の目的〕 本発明は、上記欠点を改善するものである。 〔発明の概要〕 本発明は、垂直下方向に伸ばされるとともにモ
ーター挿入用開口を形成された固定部を有する固
定脚と、前記固定脚に取付けられたモーターを固
定する固定金具とによつてモーターを吊り下げて
取付ける装置において、前記固定部は、前記開口
を水平方向に開口され、且つ、モーターの垂直荷
重を受けるモーター支持部と、該支持部よりも前
記開口の側に位置する先端部とより成り、前記先
端部の上端が前記モーター支持部よりも高所に位
置し、前記固定金具により前記開口を塞がれて成
るモーターの吊り下げ取付装置としたものであ
る。 〔発明の実施例〕 本発明の一実施例を第10図〜第16図により
説明する。固定脚4′は垂直下方に伸ばされた固
定部5′を有し、該固定部5′は、水平方向に開口
するモーター挿入用開口14が形成され、且つ、
モーターの垂直荷重を受けるモーター支持部1
3′と、該モーター支持部13′よりも前記モータ
ー挿入用開口14の側に位置する先端部15とが
設けられている。前記先端部15の上端は、前記
モーター支持部13′よりも高所に位置してい
る。このような固定脚4′へのモーターの取付
けは、固定部5′にモーターに備えられた防振
ゴム2の溝3を挿入し、その上から固定金具6′
を重ね、固定金具6′のスリツト7′を固定脚4′
の挿入方向側に設けられた引掛部8に挿入し、固
定金具6′の穴9′にねじ10′を挿入し、このね
じ10′を固定脚4′のねじ穴12′に締結する。
この構造によれば、モーター挿入後に、モーター
の垂直荷重を手で受けながら作業することがなく
なり、固定金具6′のスリツト7′を固定脚4′
引掛部8′に引掛けて、その後ねじ10′を締結す
るだけとなり、取付作業が非常に簡単にできる。
さらに、モーターの垂直荷重は、支持部13′
で受ける為、横方向の荷重のみ受ける固定金具
6′は小さなもので良く、また、ねじ10′の締結
も単純であり、本取付構造に対する信頼性は極め
て高いという利点を有している。 さらに、モーター挿入用開口14の側の固定部
