ある。 The object of the present invention is to form an extremely simple and effective multicolored convex pattern on a sheet by using the above method. The upper and lower sides of a resin convex pattern original piece placed thereon are sandwiched between a pair of electrode plates, and a high frequency electric field is applied to soften the convex pattern original piece and fuse it to the sheet, thereby creating a convex shape on the upper surface of the sheet. In the method for forming a pattern, the convex pattern original piece is a laminate of a plurality of thermoplastic synthetic resin layers each having a different color, and the softening point of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layers is changed from the upper layer to the lower layer. The main idea is to apply a pressing force to the laminate through the pair of upper and lower electrode plates, thereby causing the layer one layer below to protrude around the layer one above.
本発明を以下に詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below.

If the (average degree of polymerization) is larger than that of the PVC used for the bottom layer of the convex pattern original piece 2, the bottom layer of the small convex pattern original piece 2 will selectively soften when high frequency is applied. This prevents the synthetic resin sheet 1 from softening.

The upper electrode 4 has a recess 4 into which the convex pattern original piece 2 is fitted.
A, and a desired uneven pattern 4B may be formed on the upper surface. Thus, when a high frequency voltage is applied to the electrodes 3 and 4, a high frequency electric field is applied to the sheet 1 and the convex pattern original piece 2, but due to the difference as described above, the lower layer 2B of the convex pattern original piece 2 The upper layer 2A and the sheet 1 are not softened even by selective high-frequency dielectric heating. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper layer 2
When the softened lower layer 2B is pressed against the sheet 1 through A, the lower layer 2B is fused to the upper layer 2A and the sheet 1. At the same time, the lower layer 2B expands laterally due to the pressing force, protrudes from the periphery of the upper layer 2A, rises in the space between the upper layer 2A and the upper electrode 4A, reaches the upper surface of the electrode 4, and spreads around the upper layer 2A. It is surrounded by the lower layer 2B, and at the same time, the uneven pattern of the upper electrode 4 is imprinted on the upper surface of the upper layer 2A. Thus, electrode 3,
4 is removed, on the upper surface of the sheet 1, as shown in FIG. 3, an uneven pattern 21A is formed on the upper surface of the red upper layer 2A, and the upper layer 2A is surrounded by a blue lower layer 2B. is formed.

For example, the upper electrode 4 itself may not be made into a mold, but a separate mold may be attached to the convex pattern original piece 2, and the electrode 4 may be brought into contact with it from above. However, the softening point of the synthetic resin material constituting each layer of the sheet 1 and the convex pattern original piece 2 can be adjusted by changing the amount of plasticizer, or even by changing the type of synthetic resin. It's good to wear.
