Abstract

PURPOSE:To save the cost for space cooling by taking air on the ground into a hermetically closed frame buried under the ground, in which spalled marbles are stacked randomly, through a pipe from the side surface of said frame, and taking out cool air through pipes, each having a large number of small holes, connected to each other in branch shaped manner, at the central part within the frame. CONSTITUTION:Marbles 3 spalled into small pieces are stacked randomly at the bottom of a hermetically closed vessel 1 buried under the ground, and marbles 4 spalled into large pieces are stacked randomly thereon up to the approximately half of the depth. Pipes having a large number of small holes in a substantially plane shape connected to each other in a branch-shape, are connected to a main pipe 5, and the main pipe 5 is led to a desired room R and sucks out cool air by means of a fan 14. A vent pipe 6 is provided on the side wall of the hermetically closed vessel 1 to take in air through an air intake port 8 via a damper 7. On the upper side of the branch-shaped pipes spalled marbles are filled up to the vicinity of the ceiling of the vessel 1. A showering pipe 11 is drawn in the upper part of the marbles 4 to drop water, and the inside of the pipe 11 is cleaned as necessary, and a water exhaust pipe 9 is led from the bottom to the ground surface. By this organization, costs for equipments and those for operations can be reduced.

``Conventional technology'' The conventional general cooling method is to install an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, connect the two units with a pipe (steel pipe), create a vacuum inside the pipe, fill it with refrigerant (usually fluorocarbon gas R-22), and compress it. By pressurizing the refrigerant in the machine, the refrigerant changes from high-pressure vapor to high-pressure liquid, low-pressure liquid, and low-pressure vapor and circulates, transporting heat from indoors to outdoors. This is called the refrigeration cycle. The low-temperature cold air from the indoor unit generated by this refrigeration cycle is used by a fan to cool the room. Therefore, this method of cooling generates more cold air than necessary, resulting in a wide temperature difference between the outside temperature and the indoor temperature (which is said to be the cause of air-conditioning disease. Therefore, cooling with natural air is necessary, and we do not hope for its emergence. Furthermore, the equipment of the conventional method is expensive (even after the installation, the necessary expenses (power consumption, periodic inspection, inspection and repair costs) are large, and it is desired to save labor.

"Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention" In order to satisfy the above requirements (natural cooling and labor saving), the present invention has been developed by stacking natural marble randomly in a frame buried underground, which is equivalent to underground cooling. The purpose is to provide a method for obtaining cold air inside the frame and using it as an air conditioner.

``Means to solve the problem) First, roughly 14 pieces of broken marble are piled up randomly in a sealed frame buried underground. On top of that, pipes with many small holes are connected in a branch-like manner through the main pipe. Then, divide the remaining frame volume and stack marbles randomly to form a marble structure underground, install an air intake pipe outside the frame to the ground, and extend the main pipe indoors to generate natural cooling air underground. A cooling method that uses cool air within a frame equal to .

``Function'' Split marble 4 is piled up roughly to the size of a pile in an airtight frame 1 buried underground. A pipe 5 with a large number of small holes (not shown) is placed on top of it in a branch-like manner through the main pipe 5, and marbles 4 are divided into the remaining volume of the frame 1 and piled up randomly, and the marble is poured into the ground. Form a structure.

Natural cold air underground is usually around 18°C (1m below the ground surface), so the same cold air of about 18°C can be obtained around the split marble 4 in the frame 1. During the day at noon in summer, the outside air temperature is around 30°C, and the underground natural cold air is around 18°C, so the difference between the two is around 12°C. Main pipe 5
is extended to an indoor fan frame 14 and the fan 13 is rotated to be used for indoor cooling.

Note that if more humidity than necessary occurs in the frame 1, it is necessary to provide a simple dehumidification filter near the indoor fan 13. The shower pipe 11 has a large number of small holes (not shown), and is used to splash water on the broken marble 4 as needed to increase the cooling effect and to clean the broken marble 4 (once a year).

``Effects of the Invention'' The present invention selects split marble, which is difficult to dispose of, and piles it up in a sealed frame buried underground, forming a structure of split marble underground, which allows natural cooling to be carried out underground. This technology provides a method to use this cold air for indoor air conditioning, effectively utilizing limited natural resources, obtaining cold air that is comfortable for the human body, and saving power consumption. There is no need for inspection and repair costs, and it can contribute to the era of energy conservation.
