摺動面保護装置の縦断面図、第２図は摺動面保護
装置の正面図、第３図は各可動カバーが伸びた状
態を示す部分断面図、第４図は防音ゴムの取付構
成を示す第２図のＡ―Ａ線拡大断面図である。 図において、２は摺動面、５は可動カバー、８
はワイパー、９は第１の弾性部材としてのストツ
パーゴム、１６は第２の弾性部材としての防音ゴ
ムである。
摺動面保護装置の縦断面図、第２図は摺動面保護
装置の正面図、第３図は各可動カバーが伸びた状
態を示す部分断面図、第４図は防音ゴムの取付構
成を示す第２図のＡ―Ａ線拡大断面図である。 図において、２は摺動面、５は可動カバー、８
はワイパー、９は第１の弾性部材としてのストツ
パーゴム、１６は第２の弾性部材としての防音ゴ
ムである。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 工作機械等の摺動面２を覆う複数個の可動カ
バー５をそれぞれ伸縮自在に連結した摺動面保護
装置において、 前記可動カバー５の縮み方向への移動時に互い
に衝接する可動カバー５の衝接部間に第１の弾性
部材９を設けるとともに、可動カバー５の伸び方
向への移動時に互いに衝接する各可動カバー５の
衝接部間に第２の弾性部材１６を介在させたこと
を特徴とする摺動面保護装置。 ２ 前記可動カバー５は略横Ｌ字形状に構成され
、その垂直部７の外面に前記第１の弾性部材９を
設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の摺動
面保護装置。 ３ 前記可動カバー５は隣接する他の可動カバー
５の外面に接触するワイパー８を備え、前記第２
の弾性部材１６は各可動カバー５において隣接す
る他の可動カバー５の前記ワイパー８と衝接する
ものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
摺動面保護装置。
