At that time, the lower end opening tb of each door cloth l is connected to the adjacent lower plate 4.
It is closed between the two. In this manner, the slurry is pumped through the pump while the slurry introduction pipe 2 is continuous, and each door cloth 1 is filled with the stock solution, and after filling, the supply of the slurry is stopped. At the time of filling, Shitofu! As shown in Figure 2, is empty (
I) - Filling 1 = i (II) - High pressure filling (III) As the filter cloth 1 expands, it becomes in a state where the filter cloth 1 is tightened and held by the steel wire 8 during high pressure filling. By holding the steel wire 8, the filter cloth 1 is prevented from expanding excessively and being torn, and
It also prevents slurry from spewing out from the tear. Moreover, since it is a copper wire, it does not restrict the filtering action from the entire surface of the filter cloth 1, and does not reduce the filtering ability. After the required time has passed and the filtration is completed, the upper plate 3 at the downstream end is moved downstream and separated from the adjacent upper plate 3 by the length of the chain 17. With this operation, the lower plate 5 also moves, and the space between the adjacent lower plates 5 opens,
Open the lower end opening lb of the closed door cloth 1. At this time, the support rod 4 moves in conjunction with the upper plate 3, and the links 6A and 6
B opens, moves the supported stock solution introduction tube 2 downward, positions the cloth l exactly between the separated lower plates 5, and securely releases the lower end opening 1b of the cloth l. By this release, the cake inside the filter cloth 1 is discharged from the lower end opening 1b. Similarly, the upper plates 3 are sequentially moved, the spaces between the adjacent lower plates 5 are sequentially opened, and the lower end opening 1b of the filter cloth I is opened to discharge the cake. When the next upper plate 3 is moved after discharging the cake, the links 6A and 6 of the support rod 4 connected to the upper plate 3 that had separated
Since B supports the whole liquid introduction pipe 2 in a "V" shape,
The upper ends of the links 6A and 6B rise smoothly toward each other, making the upper plate 3 easily movable. In this way, the separated upper plate 3 and lower plate 5 are closed until they come into contact, and at the same time the next upper plate 3 and lower plate 5 are separated, and the filter cloth 1 after discharging the cake is closed, and at the same time the next upper plate 3 and lower plate 5 are closed. After opening the door cloth 1 and completing the discharge of the cake, FIG. 5 shows a state in which the mounting rod 7 is attached to the replacement holes 3°a and 5'a.

As is clear from the above explanation, in the bag filter according to the present invention, when the filter cloth is filled with slurry at high pressure, the steel wire that comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the r cloth and supports the a cloth is Because the filter cloth is strung at predetermined intervals, it can withstand repeated loading pressure and overpressure, making it difficult for the filter cloth to tear, and to protect it from tearing. This can prevent slurry from spewing out. Also, since steel wire is used, −
Without restricting the r-filtration effect from the entire surface of the filter cloth in a timely manner, the I-filtration capacity can be doubled compared to the case where a conventional plate material is used. Furthermore, since it is made of steel wire, it is extremely lightweight, easy to handle, and can be provided at low cost. Furthermore, in the present invention, the opening and closing of the lower end opening of the bag-like cloth is
This can be done simply and reliably by simply moving the upper plate, and has various advantages such as improved work efficiency.
