Claims (1)
なる被覆電熱線を、平面上で相接するように曲げ
て、発熱板状体とし、相接する耐熱性高分子絶縁
材料どうしを止着してなることを特徴とするフラ
ツトヒータ。 (2) 前記被覆電熱線を、渦巻き状に曲げて発熱
板状体を構成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のフラツトヒータ。 (3) 前記被覆電熱線は、２本の電熱線を所定間
隔を介して並列に配置し、且つ前記両電熱線の一
側端部どうしを接続し、さらに、両電熱線を耐熱
性高分子絶縁材料で一体に被覆してなる実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のフラツト
ヒータ。 (4) 前記相接する耐熱性高分子絶縁材料どうし
は、熱融着されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項乃至第３項のいずれかに記載のフラツトヒー
タ。 (5) 前記相接する耐熱性絶縁材どうしは、接着
剤で接着されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項乃至第３項のいずれかに記載のフラツトヒータ
。 (6) 前記耐熱性高分子絶縁材料が弗素樹脂であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第５項のい
ずれかに記載のフラツトヒータ。 (7) 前記耐熱性高分子絶縁材料がポリイミドで
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載のフラツ
