付勢され且つ流体圧機器における移動部材の衝当
により上記ばねに抗してボデーの内奥部側へ押動
されるところの作動ロツドを挿入し、この作動ロ
ツドの所要箇所に永久磁石を取付けると共に、こ
の作動ロツドが上記ボデーの内奥部側へ押動され
たとき上記永久磁石に応動して動作する検出手段
を有する位置センサーを上記ボデーの外周辺部に
配備してなることを特徴とする流体圧機器におけ
