と、巻取軸と共に回転しロツク輪が巻取軸に対し
て回転遅れを生じた状態で巻取軸の半径方向へ移
動するロツクプレートと、ロツクプレートの作動
時にこれと噛み合つて巻取軸のウエビング引出方
向回転を停止させる内歯ギヤホイルと、前記ロツ
クプレート及び内歯ギヤホイルにそれぞれ取り付
けられたガイドプレート及びガイドギヤを備えこ
