〜0.1秒としながら、二段延伸の仮ヨリ加工を実
施することによつて達成することができる特殊ケ
ン縮糸の製造方法である。

リーローラ6からパーン7に巻き上げる二段延伸
中仮ヨリ加工工程によつて特殊ケン縮糸を製造す
るものである。

ヨリ挿入方法との組み合せによつても大きく左右
させるものである。まず冷延伸加工域の倍率が、
該糸条1の室温におけるS−S曲線の延伸領域に
相当する倍率であれば、比較的均一な糸外観を呈
するシルキー様ケン縮糸を得ることができるが、
自由延伸領域に相当する倍率ではかなり異なつた
ものとなる。つまり、芯−鞘構造となりやすく、
芯部は濃色で単繊維デニールは太く粗いケン縮、
鞘部は淡色で単繊維デニールは細く細かいケン縮
を有する断面二層構造糸となる。特に、仮ヨリ挿
入方法において固定ピンに1回以上結びつけ糸条
を走行させることにより仮ヨリを付与するヨリ合

切れを改善することができ、加工性の向上と加工
条件自由度の範囲を広げることが可能である。こ
のように延伸倍率や仮ヨリ挿入方法によつてバラ
エテイーに富む糸質を得ることができるので、所
望の糸質を適宜選択するのが肝要である。

ケン縮糸の場合では、短いピツチで濃淡が表われ
るいわゆるカスリ状の外観となり、タツチも極め
てマイルドな「シヤリ」感と「ドレープ」性をと
もなう風合になるため、前者は編物用へ、後者は
織物用へいずれも薄地分野の商品化が適している
のである。なお流体交絡処理することによつて、
糸長手方向にそつて部分的に規則的あるいは不規
則的にSあるいはZの交互ヨリによつて交絡を形
成せしめ、糸条全体としては集束性に富んだもの
とすることができ、さらに風合も一般に「シヤ
リ」感や「ドレープ」性を強調することができ
る。さらに集束性に優れているところから、後工
程、例えば編織工程通過性が良好となる。
