- 入射側および出射側の屈折率分布型レンズの間
に光可変減衰板を配置する光可変減衰器において
、光可変減衰板と出射側の屈折率分布型レンズと
の間に光分岐を設け、前記分岐光を外部へ導く光
モニタ用端部を、光入射端部・光出射端部の他に
設けたことを特徴とする光可変減衰器。
