すきまを形成する第1、第2環状突起を前記オイ
ルシールに向けて順次形成し、この第1、第2環
状突起間にはエア供給源と通じる第1環状室を形
成し、前記第2環状突起とオイルシール間にはド
レーン通路と通じる第2環状室を形成したことを
