In a mobile telephone system such as a ship's telephone system, the exchange side sends a vacant line signal to the mobile subscriber on an empty radio channel, and when the mobile station detects this vacant line signal, the mobile subscriber makes a call. becomes possible.
Conventionally, as a call restriction method in a mobile switching system, a method has been adopted in which the switching system stops transmitting the idle line signal at fixed time intervals to temporarily restrict calls by the mobile subscriber.

However, in the former method, the regulation time is always constant and short, so it is expected that calls will be abnormally congested. Furthermore, in the latter method, if the mobile subscriber does not respond, the restricted talkie may not be heard.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks of the conventional ones and makes it possible to effectively use an alternative line for original emergency calls.According to the present invention, a telephone terminal and a telephone exchange are connected wirelessly. In a mobile telephone system, each mobile device is given a unique calling number and a common regulatory information communication calling number to all mobile devices, and the regulatory information communication calling number is sent out in the event of a mobile switching center failure. A restriction information display telephone system is obtained which is characterized in that the restriction display circuits of all mobile devices are activated to display that calls are restricted until restriction release information arrives.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a relay system diagram of a marine telephone system as a representative example of a mobile telephone system.
The area above the dashed-dotted line in the figure is the general telephone network, and the area below is the ship's telephone network. RC, DC, TC, and EO indicate the office hierarchy, and indicate the general office, central office, central office, and terminal office, respectively. ing. SUB is a general subscriber telephone. CMC stands for a ship's telephone switching center that exchanges connections between radio lines and the general telephone network, SHBS stands for a radio base station that transmits and receives radio waves facing mobile devices, and SHSS stands for a ship's mobile station. Ship telephone exchanges (hereinafter referred to as exchanges) and CMCs are connected by data lines.
The solid line is the backbone line for carrying calls when the system is normal, and the broken line between the switching center CMC and the radio base station SHBS is the alternative line for the switching center CMC to connect the base radio station SHBS and the radio base station SHBS to the switching center CMC in the event of a failure. be. When a ship mobile device (hereinafter referred to as a mobile device) SHSS makes a call to a subscriber SUB on land, the call is made using the route of switching center CMC when it is normal, but if the switching center CMC becomes a problem, the call is made to the route of Can be switched.

FIG. 2 shows a case where the switching center CMC sends out the regulation information communication call number all at once from the faulty switching center CMC. Each mobile device SHSS~ has a 5-digit calling number (EFGHJ) unique to each mobile device,
(E′F′G′H′J′), (E″, F″G″H″J″),
In addition, all SHSS mobile devices have a common Regulatory Information Call Number (OPQRS). Exchange center CMC
When a failure occurs, the switching center CMC uses an alternative line, stops sending the idle signal PL to the mobile station SHSS, and sends a regulation information contact number (OPQRS) from the base radio station SHBS. All the mobile stations SHSS that have received the restriction information send the existing mobile station response signal CL2 to the switching center CMC and activate the built-in restriction display circuit. When the switching center CMC receives the response signal CL2, it sends the existing paging signal CL3 to all mobile stations SHSS. Upon receiving the call signal CL3, the mobile station SHSS turns on the restriction indicator lamp provided in the restriction indicator circuit. A mobile subscriber who sees this display will postpone making a call. Since urgent calls are made despite the restricted display, the switching center CMC sends the idle line signal PL to the mobile station SHSS after a certain period of time after sending the restricted information to enable normal connection. shall be. If the fault is recovered, the exchange will contact the exchange to remove the call restriction.
The CMC stops transmitting the idle signal PL and then sends the regulatory information contact number (OPQRS) to the base radio station.
Send from SHBS to mobile station SHSS. The mobile station SHSS that received the paging signal (OPQRS) sends a response signal CL.
2 to the switching center CMC, and when the switching center CMC receives the response signal CL2, it sends the calling signal CL3 two or three times to all mobile terminals to distinguish it from call restriction.
Send to SHSS. On the mobile device SHSS side, the control information communication paging signal (OPQRS) and paging signal CL3 are sent to 2
When the notification is received three times, it is assumed that restriction release information has been received, and the restriction display is stopped. exchange office
After sending the paging signal CL3, the CMC sends the idle line signal PL again to all mobile stations SHSS to enable normal connection, and at the same time, the subsequent exchange processing is performed from the switching center CMC.
Return to CMC. A time chart of this state is shown in FIG.

As explained above, when a failure occurs in a mobile switching center and operation is performed using an alternative line, the present invention is capable of displaying in advance to all mobile terminals that they are under restriction due to the failure. Therefore, the alternative line can be effectively used for emergency calls.
