た中空の第１及び第２のコイルと、これらのコイ
ルの中空部に緩挿され、前記移動案内部材になら
つて設置された第１及び第２のヨークと、これら
のヨークに磁界を生ずる第１及び第２の磁気発生
手段とを備え、前記第１及び第２の移動部材は前
記移動案内部材を介して面対称に構成されたこと
