    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 後方に立上部を有する脚杆を二方平行に配置し
    、座枠先部横杆を該脚杆先部で枢結し、背枠の下
    部横杆が座枠後部横杆の前方に位置するようにし
    て背枠縦杆を基杆立上部に枢支し、前記背枠下部
    横杆と座枠後部横杆との間に引張発条を介装して
    なることを特徴とした座椅子。
