Conventional configuration and problems thereof Conventionally, this type of combustion apparatus has been configured as shown in FIG. That is, the particles atomized from the nozzle 1 are mixed with the swirling air flow from the lower swirling nozzle 8 of the vaporization tube 5 and undergo yellow flame diffusion combustion, and the heat of combustion increases the temperature of the surface of the vaporization tube 5 and the particles collide with the combustion flame. , and radiant heat promotes mixing and vaporization in the premixing region 11 formed between the vaporizing tube 5 and the auxiliary combustion tube 9, and instantaneously after ignition, vaporization blue flame combustion occurs at the swirling air nozzle 8 in the upper part of the vaporizing tube 5. However, the premix region 11
The mixing characteristics of the atomized particles and the swirling air flow in the air flow are as follows: The part along the swirling air flow becomes a swirling mixture, which rises in a spiral shape and transitions to vaporization combustion. Because they are aligned on the same line with respect to their positions, when particles with a constant spray pressure from the nozzle 1 collide with the swirling airflow, the center of the vaporization tube 5 and the center of the nozzle 1 on the windward side of the swirling air flow are aligned. The particles in the premixing region 8 become colliding vortices, forming a partial negative pressure region, which does not create a swirling mixture flow and does not promote mixing, making it impossible to obtain an even mixed gas over the entire circumference of the premixing region 8, resulting in combustion. Combustion characteristics deteriorate not only during initial yellow flame diffusion combustion, but also during steady vaporization combustion.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention aims to eliminate such conventional drawbacks by making the mixing of the swirling air flow from the carburetor cylinder and the atomized particles from the nozzle uniform over the entire premixing region, and by making the mixing uniform throughout the premixing region. , and good combustion characteristics can be obtained in steady combustion.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In the figure, 1 is a nozzle as an atomizing means, and an electromagnetic pump 2 is connected thereto. 3 is a support cylinder in which the nozzle 1 and the ignition device 4 are incorporated.
Reference numeral 5 denotes a vaporizing cylinder erected in communication with a wind cylinder 7 for supplying combustion air from a blower 6, and a large number of swirling air injection holes 8 are provided around the side wall of the vaporizing cylinder 5. Reference numeral 9 is a cylindrical auxiliary combustion cylinder located around the vaporization cylinder 5 and provided with an opening 10 to prevent particles ejected from the nozzle 1 from colliding with each other, and forms a premixing region 11 between the cylinder and the vaporization cylinder 5. Reference numeral 12 denotes a combustion chamber, and the carburetor cylinder 5 is installed upright in the concentric portion of the combustion chamber.

In the above configuration, the fuel particles are transferred to the electromagnetic pump 2
The fuel is pressurized by the nozzle 1 and sprayed into the premixing region 11 from the nozzle 1 through the opening 10 of the auxiliary combustion cylinder 9 in the combustion chamber 12 toward the vaporization cylinder 5 . On the other hand, combustion air is supplied from the blower 6 through the wind cylinder 7 into the vaporizer cylinder 5, and is ejected from the swirling air jet hole 8 on the side wall of the vaporizer cylinder 5 as a high-speed swirling flow. In the process of mixing these fuel particles and combustion air, the spray nozzle 1 is connected to the vaporization tube 5, which is provided in the central concentric portion of the combustion chamber 12.
Since it is located eccentrically H toward the direction of the swirling air jet flow from the vaporizer tube 5 with respect to the center position of Uniform mixing can be promoted in the entire circumference of the premixing region 11 along the swirling air flow without forming a partial negative pressure region due to the vortex flow, and the swirling air nozzle 8 at the bottom of the vaporizing cylinder 5 after ignition can be promoted. It is possible to obtain good yellow flame diffusion combustion characteristics and steady vaporization blue flame combustion characteristics due to the temperature rise of the vaporizer tube 5 and auxiliary combustion tube 9 and the radiant heat of the combustion flame.
