Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はコンクリート壁に設置された既設窓枠
の外周四方に同窓枠に沿つてスリツトを切込み形
成し、同スリツトに沿つて上記窓枠を牽引して同
窓枠を上記壁から分離し、その後形材による支持
枠を上記分離面に発泡体を介して嵌合し、同支持
枠から分離面にホールアンカを嵌入して同支持枠
を同分離面に固定し、同支持枠に馴染む窓枠を同
支持枠に装着することを特徴とする既設窓枠取換
工法に関するものであつて既設窓枠を迅速簡便に

本発明を図面に示す実施例について説明すると
コンクリート壁1に埋込アンカー10およびセン
メントモルタル11によつて接続された既設鋼製
窓枠2(木製又はアルミ製でも差支えない)の外
周四方に同窓枠2に沿つてスリツト3を丸鋸によ
つて室内側から切込み形成し、同スリツト3の深
さは第2図に示すように埋込アンカー10を切断
し同窓枠2の室外側に近ずける程度とすると良
い。その後同スリツト3に沿つて上記窓枠2を牽
引工具9によつて室内側に牽引して同窓枠2を上
記壁1から分離する。牽引部分は第5図に示すよ
うに同窓枠2の四隅部であるが、他の部分であつ
ても良い。分離すると分離面5が上記スリツト3
に沿つて現はれる。その後アルミ形材による方形
支持枠4を上記分離面5に発泡体6(発泡スチロ
ール等)を介して嵌合し、分離面5に穿設した孔
に同支持枠4からホールアンカ7を嵌入して同支
持枠4を同分離面5に固定するものである。ホー
ルアンカ7は各種のものがあるが螺子式のもので
はこれを回動して上記発泡体6を圧縮調整して方
形支持4の内寸を調節する。螺子式でないもので
は叩打嵌入程度により調節することが出来る。そ
の後同支持枠4に馴染む新アルミ窓枠8を同支持
枠4に室外から嵌装しビス12で同支持枠4に装
着しコーキング13でシーリングしその後ガラス
障子を建て込み調整して取換作業を完了するもの
である。牽引工具9は第4図、第5図に示すよう
に万力14の両端15,16で上記壁1を挾持し
同万力14に螺入した螺杆17の先端に遊動自在
に設けたフツク18を既設窓枠2に引掛けて螺杆
17を回動し既設窓枠2を室内側に牽引するもの
である。尚図中19で示すものは2個の牽引工具
9の接続板、20は万力14の一端16の押圧螺
