この発明は、水溶性フィルムにより包装された洗剤に関

従来、合成洗剤等の粉状洗剤は２００ｇ〜５ｋｇの箱入

を開けてそこから必要量の粉状洗剤がカップ等に移され
て使用される。一方、袋詰された粉状洗剤の場合には、
使用する直前に袋を破いて中味の粉状洗剤を洗濯機等に
入れて使用する。また、新しく固型石鹸を使用し始める
ときには、その固型石鹸の包装を破いて中の固型石鹸を

本発明においては、水に触れると速やかに溶解分散する
水溶紙とかポリビニール・アルコールのフィルムを粉状

鹸の包装材は水に触れるとすぐに溶けてしまう。そのた
め、袋詰めの粉状洗剤の場合には、包装を破かずそのま
まそれを洗濯機に投入できるし、固形石鹸の場合にも包
装材を水につければ瞬時に水溶性フィルムが溶解するの
で、いちいち包装を破いて包装材を捨てる面倒もなくな

粉状洗剤１が示されている。この袋には粉状洗剤２が２
０ｇ詰められており、洗濯時に洗ｌｕ物と同時にこの水
溶性フィルム入り粉状洗剤１を洗濯機に投入する。水溶
性フィルム３には水溶紙が最も適しているが、三島製紙
株式会社が「ディゾルボ」 （登録商標）と言う名で製
造している不溶紙等を利用することができる。この不溶
紙は室温の水につけると１０〜１５秒で溶解するので、
この不溶紙の袋に詰められた粉状洗剤は、洗濯機に投入

面倒なことであった。しかし水溶紙で包装したこの実施
例の石鹸においては、水をかけるだけで包装が溶けてし

らず、また粉状洗剤をこぼしてあたりを汚すこともない
