り棟瓦本体、２は平板瓦、３は垂下片、４は挾持
片、５は固定具、６は頭部、７は係止突部、８は
切欠きである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 略山形に屈曲された降り棟瓦本体の降り棟方向
    に沿う軒側端部において降り棟の両側に沿つて施
    工される平板瓦の厚み程度に垂下させた垂下片の
    下端から内方に向けて折り返して挾持片を形成し
    、降り棟瓦本体の本棟側端部において打ち込み固
    定するための釘のような固定具の頭部の上に係止
    突部を形成し、下の降り棟本体に打ち込まれた固
    定具の係止突部に降り棟に沿う方向において挿入
    係止される切欠きを上記挾持片に形成して成る降
    り棟瓦。
