Claims (1)
- 用紙トレイに載置された用紙を自動給送するた
めの給紙ローラと、上記用紙トレイへの用紙の載
置時に載置される用紙の先端位置を規制し、かつ
、すくなくとも手差給送時に用紙の先端を規制す
る位置から回動されて用紙のガイド板の一部とし
て機能する用紙先端規制板と、給送された用紙を
分離搬送するための分離ローラおよびこの分離ロ
ーラに弾力的に圧接するフリクシヨンパツドの配
設されたパツド支持体からなる用紙分離装置とを
有する給紙装置において、上記用紙の給送時にお
ける用紙先端規制板の回動に連動してフリクシヨ
ンパツドを分離ローラに圧接させ、かつ、上記用
紙の載置時における用紙先端規制板の回動に連動
してフリクシヨンパツドを分離ローラから離隔さ
せる向きにパツド支持体を回動するパツド支持体
回動手段を具備することを特徴とする給紙装置。
