スジユーサ電極を相互に並列近接配置し前記両イ
ンタデイジタル・トランスジユーサ電極に励起し
たＳＡＷの音響結合を利用するＳＡＷ２重モード
・フイルタを一セクシヨンとしてこれを多段縦続
接続した多段ＳＡＷ２重モード・フイルタに於い
て、前記セクシヨン間の圧電基板表面に前記各セ
クシヨンを構成する電極パターンから独立したシ
ールド電極を付着すると共にこれらシールド電極
を接地することによつてフイルタの減衰特性を向
上せしめたことを特徴とするＳＡＷ２重モード・
