ンタデイジタル・トランスジユーサ電極に励起し
たSAWの音響結合を利用するSAW2重モード
・フイルタを一セクシヨンとしてこれを多段縦続
接続した多段SAW2重モード・フイルタに於い
て、前記セクシヨン間の圧電基板表面に前記各セ
クシヨンを構成する電極パターンから独立したシ
ールド電極を付着すると共にこれらシールド電極
を接地することによつてフイルタの減衰特性を向
上せしめたことを特徴とするSAW2重モード・
