作業のやりにくさが問題となる。 In order to mount a large number of micro-switches as shown in FIG. 1 in respective predetermined positions on a metal mounting board, for example, an L-shaped fitting is usually fixed to the mounting hole 2 on the side of the switch 1 with bolts and nuts. A method is used in which the microswitch is attached to a predetermined position on the board via this metal fitting. However, with this method, it takes a considerable amount of time to install the switch, and if the accuracy of the switch installation position is a problem, the installation is quite cumbersome even if a mounting jig is used, and furthermore, it is difficult to install on-site. If vibrations are transmitted from the outside to the mounting board during use, the fastening screws must be prevented from loosening. Therefore, when a large number of switches are to be mounted on a board, the difficulty of performing the above-mentioned work using the conventional switch mounting method becomes a problem.

なるスイツチの取付け架構にかかるものである。 This idea solves the above-mentioned problems in the conventional micro switch installation work, allows the switch to be installed on the board in a short time, and allows the fixed part to loosen due to vibration during use without special measures to prevent loosening. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for a switch that can be easily mounted in a predetermined position with a certain degree of precision without any trouble. The four corners of the wall are cut out to form a void at each corner, and each of the two opposing longitudinal walls has a reinforcing piece near the lower end of the outer wall. A step is formed on the inner wall surface of the switch to protrude perpendicularly thereto and equal to the height of the annular seats formed in at least one pair of mounting holes drilled on the side surface of the switch, and a protrusion is formed on the thin part of the inner wall surface. is formed so that its top surface is flush with the thick part of the inner wall surface, and the thick part of the inner wall surface contacts the side surface of the switch, and the protrusions are resiliently connected to the mounting holes of the switch. A switch accommodating part which is adapted to engage with the switch is molded and fixed to the switch mounting board so that the periphery of a hole made slightly larger than the bottom shape of the switch is held at the lower end of the wall surface. It is attached to the mounting frame.

The figure is a cross-sectional view of the negative cross section viewed in the direction of the arrow. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a metal microswitch mounting board, in which a square hole 11 having a length L and width M slightly larger than the bottom shape of the switch 1 is bored corresponding to the switch mounting position.
As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of wall surfaces 13 and 14 constituting the switch accommodating portion 12 are molded and fixed with plastic material so as to sandwich the peripheral edge of the square hole 11 at their lower ends. The internal dimensions of the wall surfaces 13 and 14 at the portion of the switch accommodating portion 12 where the side surfaces of the switch 1 come into contact are approximately 1% larger than the width and length of the switch 1. Reference numeral 15 denotes a small truncated cone-shaped protrusion provided on the inside of the wall 13, that is, on the opposite wall, the diameter of the base thereof is approximately equal to the diameter of the mounting hole 2 of the switch 1, and the interval between the protrusions is equal to the diameter of the mounting hole 2 of the switch 1. It is set equal to the pitch of 2. The top surface of the protrusion 15 is connected to the wall surface 13 that the side surface of the switch 1 contacts.
It is made to form the same plane as the thick part of the inner wall surface. Notch 1 provided in the center of wall surface 13
6 and walls 13 and 14, a gap 17 is formed at a corner of the switch accommodating part 1.
The elastic deformation necessary when inserting and fixing into the wall surface 13
The reinforcing piece 18, which is formed protruding perpendicularly to the outer wall surface near the lower end of the outer wall surface of the wall surface 13, reinforces and supports the wall surface 13 in the above case. It is for.

The mounting hole 2 of the micro switch 1 is provided with an annular seat, and since a step equal to the height of the annular seat is provided on the inner wall surface of the wall surface 13, the protrusion 1
The switch 1 is inserted into the housing part 12 with almost no resistance until the annular seat contacts the switch 5.

Since the protrusion 15 is formed into a truncated cone shape, a perpendicular force is applied to the wall surface 13, causing it to elastically deform outward. At this time, the wall surface 13 is reinforced and supported by the reinforcing piece 18.
As a result, the protrusion 15 is elastically fitted into the mounting hole 2 of the switch 1 up to its base, and the microswitch 1 is fixed to the switch accommodating portion 12. In this way, the microswitch 1 is accurately positioned and mounted at a predetermined position on the switch mounting board 10.

Accordingly, a large number of microswitches 1 can be easily attached to respective predetermined positions in a short time with constant accuracy. Since the micro switch 1 is fixed to the switch accommodating part 12 which is integrally molded with the substrate 10 by elastic engagement between the switch mounting hole 2 and the protrusion 15 of the switch accommodating part 12, it is actually Even if vibrations are transmitted to the switch mounting board 10 from the outside during use, loosening of the fixing portion of the switch 1 is completely prevented.

Even if an external force is applied to the switch 1, if the force is from the vertical direction, for example, up to 20 kg, and if the force is from the side, for example, up to 50 kg, the switch 1 will remain in the switch housing. 12
It has been confirmed through experiments that it can be prevented from falling off. It goes without saying that the switch 1 is connected to the connection terminal 3 through the square hole 11 through a socket.

The switch can be mounted on the board in a short time, and it can be easily mounted at a predetermined mounting position with a certain degree of precision. The micro switch can also be mounted in the switch accommodating part that is molded integrally with the switch mounting board. The switch is fixed by elastic engagement between the hole and the protrusion of the switch accommodating part, so even if vibrations are transmitted to the board from the outside during actual use, the switch fixing part will not be affected. Loosening can be completely prevented, and this is particularly effective when a large number of microswitches are accurately mounted at predetermined positions on the mounting board, or when a large number of switches are mounted on an operation panel or the like.
