出作業時における籾の採取作業の簡略化、操作性
および点検性ならびに保守管理性をより一層向上
せしめると共に、より一層正確な水分検出作業が
達成できる籾乾燥機における水分検出装置を提供
しようとしたものであつて、以下に本考案装置の
構成を添附図面に示された好適な一実施例につい
て説明する。

た搬出樋5の搬出終端側へ接続せしめる。搬出樋
5内には乾燥風を浴び幾分乾燥された籾を円滑に
搬出樋5を介し、供給樋4内に搬出させるための
搬出スクリユー軸6が回転自在に軸架されてお
り、然かも該搬出スクリユー軸6の一端は供給樋
4内を貫通して供給樋4の側壁に軸架せしめる、
供給樋4内に位置された搬出スクリユー軸6には
複数枚からなる跳ね上げ翼車7が装着されて搬出
スクリユー軸6と共に矢印方向に回転されるよう
になつており、この跳ね上げ翼車7近傍位置の供
給樋4上壁4aには供給側8を、又供給側8より
低い位置の供給樋4の側壁4bには排出側9をそ
れぞれ開口接続した籾取出し通路10が設けられ
ている。そして籾取出し通路10の途中は大径の
タンク11に形成され、このタンク11内部には
非破砕型の自動水分検出器12が収設されて、籾
取出し通路10中を強制的に、然かも連続状をな
して流通する籾の水分を随時自動的に検出できる
ように形成されている。13は昇降機2の内部に
回転自在となるよう収納されたバケツト14付き
の回転ベルト、15は昇降機用の張込ホツパーで
ある。

知作業を外気等の影響で籾水分が変化しないうち
に迅速、かつ簡単に行わせ、良質の乾燥籾を得さ
しめることができる許りか籾を連続して昇降機2
側へ搬送せしめる跳ね上げ翼車7を使用して水分
検知用の籾の採取を簡単に行わせ、籾採取装置の
簡略化を図ると共に、水分検知作業位置を最低位
置に選定して検知操作の簡便化および点検化を容
易ならしめる外、保守管理を能率的に達成できる
効果を奏する。
