ルを取付けてパネル壁を構成する際に、各パネル
ユニツトの上下間および左右間端縁に隙間を生ぜ
ず密接するためのパネル固定具に関するものであ
る。

の結合を支障なく行なうためには、クランプ差込
孔は第4図に示すように、クランプ爪に対し充分
な余裕を必要とし、長楕円形透孔となつている。
このため、左右パネルの側縁には、たとえパツキ
ンがあつても取付けに際し、充分にパネルの左右
位置を調整しないとパツキン間に隙間を生じ、パ
ネル取付効果を大きく減殺する。このパネル取付
の調整操作は面倒で、かつ時間を要している。ま
たパネル取付後、パネルが横ずれし隙間を生ずる
ことも多く、その取付方式の改善が強く要請され
ていた。

ルの下端部は下位置パネルの上端部と接するが、
そのとき両端部のパツキンどうしが、隙間なく充
分圧接できるよう帯状板の厚みtが設定されてい
る。この帯状板の厚みtは、上下各パネルのパツ
キンの水平枠端面からの突出高さ(厚み)の和以
下に設定すればよく、例えば、それぞれのパツキ
ンの突出高さが常態で5mm程度ならば、帯状板の
厚みを6mm程度とすればよい。

て取付孔に嵌着することができ、材料を節約して
製造コストを下げることができる。なお、パネル
の取付孔14は、一般にパネル枠には既設されて
いるが、既設されていない場合にはドリルで孔あ
けすればよい。
