Claims (1)
- 周囲に縁取りが形成された長方形状の塩化ビニ
ル地の表面に所定の色の無数の起毛を植設してな
るマツト主体の塩化ビニル地を切り抜いて所望の
文字または図形を表わす透孔を開設すると共に、
前記塩化ビニル地とは異なる色の無数の起毛を植
設してなる他の塩化ビニル地を前記透孔と同形状
に切り抜いてこれを前記透孔中に隙間なく嵌合し
、その際その接合線に裏側に拡がる断面Ｖ字形の
溝が形成されるように塩化ビニル地をテーパー状
にカツトし、この溝に塩化ビニル地の破材または
接着剤を熱圧して充填してなることを特徴とした
オーダーマツト。
