【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は気化器の始動用プランジヤーを備える
始動装置に関する。気化器の自動始動装置は各種
発明・考案されているが、極寒時においても良好
始動性を得るには、始動用プランジヤー型始動装
置であつて、始動用プランジヤーの始動時開作動
を手動操作で行うのが最もよいものである。本考
案の目的は、始動用プランジヤーを備える始動装
置において、始動時のプランジヤー用操作は手動
操作とし、始動完了後は感温作動装置により温度
上昇に応じてプランジヤーを自動的に適正戻し作
動を行わせる。そして然も感温作動装置の故障に
よる万一の始動用プランジヤーの作動不能状態が
発生した場合には、プランジヤーの戻し作動も手
動操作で行える如き気化器の始動装置を提供する
ことにある。

施例を示す平面図で、始動用プランジヤー部を断
面で示す。第2図は第1図のA矢視側面図であ
る。始動用プランジヤー室1にはエヤークリーナ
ー(図示しない)から通ずる始動用空気路2(点
線図示)が通じ(第2図3はエヤークリーナーか
らの始動用空気取入孔である)、吸気筒(点線図
示)4の絞弁下流側に始動用混合気路5,5′が
通じている。6は気化器燃料室7から通ずる始動
用燃料路で、図は始動用プランジヤー弁8がその
押圧ばね9に押圧されて、上記始動用空気路3・
燃料路6・混合気供給路5,5′を閉じている状
態(通常状態時)を示す。プランジヤー弁8のプ
ランジヤー・ロツド10の尖端に手動操作用の摘
み11が設けられる。又中間部にブラケツト12
に植設された枢軸13に支承され、後述する感温
作動器30により揺動される係合レバー14と係
合するプランジヤー位置決め段部15が固定され
る。該位置決め段部15は第1段部16とテーパ
ーの第2段部17を形成し、その根本部18に上
記係合レバー14の中間部上面に付設される半円
形係合片19と摺動自在に係合する係合ピン20
を設けている。上記係合レバー14はその枢軸1
3に巻回される捩りばね21により、係合レバー
14の尖端で上記プランジヤー位置決め段部15
の根本部18(即ちプランジヤー・ロツド10)
を上部に押圧するように付勢される。即ち係合レ
バー14は第2図の時計方向に付勢されている。

合レバー14が更に反時計方向に揺動され、機関
の暖機完予時点で係合レバー14は上記第2段部
17からも外れてプランジヤー弁8は全閉状態
(第1図)にされる(セラミツク・ヒーターは上
記の如き感温ワツクスの膨張に合致するようにそ
の容量が選定される)。

置決め段部15の根本部18に設けられた係合ピ
ン20が係合レバー14の係合片19を押圧し、
係合レバー14を反時計方向に回動して、係合レ
バー14とプランジヤー・ロツド10との係合関
係を解き、プランジヤー弁を戻り方向に作動させ
る。そして上記係合レバー14に付設される係合
片19は半円形状のため、その凹部において係合
ピン20が摺動自在に内接係合されるようにされ
ているから、上記の如くプランジヤー・ロツド1

作動器を小型としながらその作動精度を高度・確
実なものとする。又上記実施例は始動用プランジ
ヤー弁の2段作動について示したが、同様の手段
によつてより多数段の微調整型とすることも自由
である。
