【考案の詳細な説明】 〔技術分野〕 本考案は、汚泥返送管の途中に会所を有する合
併処理浄化槽に関する。

合併処理浄化槽においては、沈澱室の底部に沈
降した汚泥を引き抜いて沈澱分離室等へ返送する
ように建設省告示で定められている。このため沈
澱室より沈澱分離室等へ汚泥返送管を配管する必
要があるが、万一のつまりや清掃の便宜のため汚
泥返送管の途中に会所が必要となる。ところが従
来上記会所は浄化槽とは別体のコンクリート製で
地中に埋めて施工されるのであるが、この会所は
浄化槽の埋め戻し土砂部分に埋めるため、浄化槽
の埋め戻し土砂が十分固つていないと沈下して配
管の勾配が変り、支障をきたすこととなる。また
埋め戻し土砂が十分に転圧するまでまつとすれば
工期が長くかかるものである。しかも上部スラブ
を水平に形成するに当つて浄化槽の天頂部のマン
ホールの高さと会所の天頂部のマンホールの高さ
をそろえなければならず、いつそう施工が煩雑で
あるという問題があつた。

本考案の合併処理浄化槽は、沈澱室1から沈澱
分離室2へ汚泥を返送する汚泥返送管3の途中に
会所4を設け、この会所4を槽体5に一体に設け
たものであり、このような構成とすることで、従
来の問題点を解決し、上記した本考案の目的を達
成したものである。

2は第1沈澱分離室2aと第2沈澱分離室2bと
は分かれており、また接触曝気室6は第1曝気室
6aと第2曝気室6bとに分かれている。図中9
は外部から第1沈澱分離室2aに汚水を流入させ
る流入管であり、汚水は第1沈澱分離室2aから
第2沈澱分離室2b、第1曝気室6b、第2曝気
室6b、沈澱室1と順次流れて処理されていくも
のである。図中3は沈澱室1からの汚泥を沈澱分
離室2へ返送するための汚泥返送管であつて、汚
泥返送管3の途中に会所4が設けてあり、この会
所4が槽体5に一体に設けてある。槽体5は横長
円筒状をしており、この槽体5の弧状面部に会所
4の弧状となつた下部が一体に固定してある。会
所4は第3図に示すように汚泥返送管3の管底に
合せて仕切り板10を設けてあつて、この会所4
内で溜りなどがないようにしてある。図中11は
会所4下部に設けた段部であつてこの段部11に
仕切り板10が載設されるのである。会所4の上
面開口には会所用のマンホール蓋17が設けてあ
り、このマンホール蓋17を開けて点検するもの
である。ここで上記会所用のマンホール蓋17の
レベルは槽体5に設けた他のマンホール18の蓋
19と同一レベルに設定してある。12は汚泥返
送管3の先端に設けた返送口である。また13は
エアーリフトポンプ、14はスカムスキーマ、1
5は汚泥返送ポンプ、16ははくり汚泥返送装置
である。

工事をする必要がなくて工期が短縮でき、また会
所が槽体に一体に設けてあるので、汚泥返送管の
流れ勾配が変らずに一定の性能が確保できるもの
であり、しかも浄化槽の天頂部のマンホールと会
所の天頂部のマンホールの高さを対応させておく
ことができ、上部スラブを水平に形成するに当つ
て簡単に施工できるものである。
