ときに受信される受信信号を基準信号として記憶
する基準信号記憶手段、前記サーチ位置での受信
信号から前記記憶した基準信号を減算する減算手
段およびその減算結果に基づいて前記サーチ位置
での障害物の有無を判定する判定手段を具備した
