移動部と前記受圧素子ちを接続するロツドと、前
記レンジビームのすくなくとも移動部の両面に設
けられた絶縁皮膜と、前記移動部の絶縁皮膜に設
けられた移動電極と、該移動電極に平行に対向し
て配置され前記レンジビームの不動部に取付けら
れた固定電極とを具備したことを特徴とする差圧
