の凹部と凸部を交互に設け、各凹部を上記窓孔よ
りも半径方向外側に形成し、各凹部に円周方向に
間隔を隔てて複数のストツプピンを通し、中立状
態において上記凸部とそれに隣接するストツプピ
ンの間に正捩り方向又は負捩り方向の最大捩り角
に相当する円周方向の隙間を形成したことを特徴
