Claims (1)
- 基板上に固定した本体の前部にクランプ爪を横
軸によつて揺動自在に取付け、本体の後部には、
前記クランプ爪の後端を上下させる駆動手段を設
けたクランプ装置において、前記本体を基板に固
定した固定手段の後部から後方に向かう本体の底
面と基板間に僅かな間隙を設け、後端附近の本体
底面には、前記駆動手段がクランプ爪の後端を押
上げて、このクランプ爪の先端部で被加圧部材を
基板上に押し付けたときに本体の駆動手段取付部
に加わる下向きの反力により本体底面と基板の接
近を検出する近接センサを設けたクランプ装置。
