In the earth and sand removal device for an excavator of the present invention, a stirring section 2 is provided on a vertically movable rotating shaft 3, and the brush mounting frame 12 rotates a brush mounting frame 12 having a brush 13 that can come into elastic contact with the stirring section 2. Axis 3
A driving means is attached to the brush mounting frame 12 for driving the brush mounting frame 12 so that the brush mounting frame 12 moves toward or away from the rotating shaft 3. It is. This will be explained in detail below using examples. A leader 1 is erected above the front part of the crawler crane 6, and a rotating device 17 and a multi-axis device 7 are attached along the leader 1 so as to be vertically movable. The multi-axis device 7 has the upper portions of a plurality of rotating shafts 3 rotatably attached, and the upper portion of the leader 1 is provided with an annular cylinder 4 for resting the plurality of rotating shafts 3 arranged in parallel. . The annular cylinder 4 is made of metal and has a plurality of holes 8 on its circumference. A cushioning material 5 such as urethane rubber is fitted into the holes 8 and the cushioning material 5 is inserted into the inner surface of the annular cylinder 4. The cushioning material 5 is made to protrude slightly more and is sandwiched between protrusions 9 provided on the outer edge of the hole 8, and is removably fixed using a fixing member 10 such as a bolt or nut. Therefore, when the cushioning material 5 becomes worn, the fixing member 10 is removed and replaced.
The inner surface of the annular cylinder 4 is provided with a spout 11 for spouting fluid such as air or water.
A hose 19 is connected to. A brush mounting frame 1 is installed near the mounting base of the annular cylinder 4 to the leader 1.
The upper end of the brush mounting frame 12 is pivotally supported, and a brush 13 made of a rubber material such as urethane rubber or an elastic material such as wire is protruded from the lower part of the brush mounting frame 12. Both ends of driving means such as an air cylinder device 14 or a hydraulic cylinder device are rotatably supported approximately at the center and on the annular tube 4. The rotating shaft 3 is provided with stirring parts 2 such as screws 15 and blades 16, and the plurality of rotating shafts 3 having the stirring parts 2 are inserted into the annular cylinder 4 so as to be vertically movable. Further, a bit 20 is provided at the lower end of the rotating shaft 3, and a hole is provided in the lower part of the rotating shaft 3 or in the bit 20 for spouting a caking liquid such as cement milk or a mixture of cement milk and asphalt emulsion. It is provided. However, when the excavator having the above-mentioned configuration is used, the rotary device 17 is rotated and the multiple rotary shafts 3 are lowered while rotating through the multi-shaft device 7 to excavate the ground and excavate the ground from the hole. Cement milk, a mixture of cement and asphalt emulsion, etc. are injected and mixed with excavated earth and sand in the stirring section 2 to form so-called soil cement column rows, soil cement asphalt column rows, etc. The annular cylinder 4 prevents the rotating shaft 3 from swaying when the rotating shaft 3 moves up and down. Here, rotation axis 3
When the stirring part 2 oscillates slightly laterally, it collides with a buffer material 5 protruding from the inner surface of the annular cylinder 4, and the shock is absorbed by the buffer material 5, thereby reducing metal wear noise. On the other hand, when moving the rotating shaft 3 up and down, the brush 13 is placed in contact with the rotating shaft 3, especially the stirring part 2, and the dirt adhering to the rotating shaft 3 is scraped off. It is designed to blow away the dirt adhering to the rotating shaft 3. Here, since the spout 11 opens inside the annular tube 4, the fluid is injected inside the annular tube 4, so the injected fluid may scatter to the outside, or the earth and sand blown away by the fluid may flow into the annular tube 4. This prevents the particles from violently scattering outside the tube 4. By the way, by operating the air cylinder device 14 or the hydraulic cylinder device, the position of the brush 13 with respect to the rotating shaft 3 can be changed as shown in FIG. 3, and when using the rotating shaft 3 with a different diameter, or This can be used to adjust the contact state of the brush 13 to the stirring section 2. In the above embodiment, an example is shown in which a plurality of rotating shafts 3 are arranged in parallel, but it is also possible to have only one rotating shaft 3.

In the present invention, as described above, the brush mounting frame has a brush that can come into elastic contact with the stirring part of the rotary shaft, so that the soil adhering to the stirring part can be brushed off, and the digging and stirring by the rotary shaft can be done. It can be done smoothly and efficiently, and the brush mounting frame is pivoted so that it can freely approach and move away from the rotating shaft. Since the driving means for driving the brush mounting frame is attached to the brush mounting frame, by driving the brush mounting frame with the driving means, the brush mounting frame can be moved closer to or away from the rotating shaft. Even if the diameters of the brushes are different, the brushes can be matched to ensure elastic contact with the stirring part,
Alternatively, it is possible to adjust the elastic contact state of the brush to the stirring section, or to prevent the brush from coming into contact with the stirring section when there is no need to use the brush to remove dirt, such as when lowering the rotating shaft. .
