導風板等をビス等により取付けている。しかし本
体ベース内には室外側熱交換器に対するスプラツ
シユ用の凝縮水を導入し一定の水位を保持するた
め、前記立上り縁の取付部には水洩れを防止する
対策が必要である。即ち、第5図は本体ベース1
1の立上り縁12の上端に取付穴を明け仕切板等
の取付部材を取付けているが、ドレン開口部の結
り等で水位が上ると前記取付穴から水洩れが生ず
る欠点を有し、また第6図、第7図の如くベース
内水位より低い位置に取付穴を明けてなるものは
ねじ部にシール材14を塗布するか、或いはパツ
キング15を装設する必要があり、いずれも取付
部に対する防水対策が必要であり、作業性が悪く
組立が面倒でコスト高となる等の欠点を有してい
た。
