ることにより気密性を得ていた。ところが、締着
圧力によるOリングの膨張で受金具の切欠部が開
口し気密性が低下する傾向にある。又、第2図に
示す如く、一般に使用されるリミツトスイツチ
は、取付螺子穴周囲の面が形状からの制約で一部
において極めて狭く、パツキン座として不充分で
あり、そのため一般的な接続パツキン装置では完
全な気密化が困難で、外部から塵埃、油等の侵入
によつて電気接点の故障が起こり易い。

るようにしたことを特徴とする可撓電線のリミツ
トスイツチ気密装置に構成して、Oリングのヘタ
リを防止して、永くその弾力性と気密性が維持さ
れるように工夫したものである。

より奥深く切欠されているので、ここに嵌入され
たOリング10は、該受溝9によつて押圧されそ
の膨張拡大化を拘束され、而も該Oリング10が
丁度リミツトスイツチ取付螺子穴3周囲のパツキ
ン座11に当接することになり、そして第1図の
ようにニツプル4のストツパ部Sが、パツキン座
11の外方の当接部12に当接することになるた
め、受溝9の直角三角形状の傾斜状面と円筒状面
及び、リミツトスイツチ2のパツキン座11とに
よつてOリング10はこれら三方向の面にて挾圧
され、しかも、ストツパ部Sとパツキン座11と
の当接作用のためにOリング10は常に一定の力
で挾圧されるため、Oリング10が過度に押圧圧
潰されてヘタリを生ずるようなことは無いのであ
つて、Oリング10は、上記三方の面と常に一定
の弾力にて当接できて、ニツプル4とリミツトス
イツチ2のストツパ部Sと側端部12及び相互の
螺合部分の気密を充分に保つことになる。

ぎて気密を保つ接触が得られず、又、c図の如
き、管外周平滑面8を内径とする矩形断面受け溝
15は形状的には適切であるが、現実の機械加工
においては螺子山が邪魔になり加工不能である。
