As shown in Figure 1, a general laminating device is
Place the laminate film 2 on both sides of the photographic paper 1, place it on the guide plate 3, and insert the photographic paper 1 and the laminate film 2 between the first stage rubber rollers 4, 4.
The photographic paper 1 and the laminate film 2 are guided, and then the photographic paper 1 and the laminate film 2 are heated by the heater 5 to melt the adhesive coated on the laminate film 2, and then the second stage rubber roller 6 , 6, the laminate film 2 is pressed and adhered to both sides of the photographic paper 1.

いう問題点がある。 In this case, when the photographic paper 1 and the laminate film 2 are heated by the heater, the photographic paper 1 releases moisture, and in this state the laminate film 2 is pressed and bonded to the photographic paper 1. but,
After being laminated, the photographic paper 1 absorbs moisture again and stretches, whereas the laminated film 2 uses polyethylene terephthalate film, etc., so it does not stretch or shrink much compared to the photographic paper 1. Curl it with 2 facing inside. Therefore, after lamination, the print must be expanded to see the print surface, which makes it look bad as a hard copy. Furthermore, if the rigidity of the photographic paper 1 is increased to prevent curling after lamination, there is a problem that flexibility cannot be maintained.

In order to achieve the above purpose, this invention consists of a roller mechanism consisting of a combination of rollers with different hardness,
A pressure adjustment mechanism is provided to adjust the pressure with which both rollers come into contact with each other, so that a reverse curl is created when laminating a laminate film on one side of photographic paper, and the film returns to normal after lamination. Therefore, even if flexible photographic paper is used, it is possible to laminate only one side without curling.

When the photographic paper 1 and the laminate film 2 enter between the rollers 8 and 9 in the second stage, the adhesive coating the laminate film 2 is melted by the rubber roller 9 heated by the infrared lamp unit 7. . Further, since the rubber used for the rubber roller 9 has a relatively low hardness of 30 to 40 degrees, the rubber roller 9 deforms according to the metal roller 8, and the photographic paper 1 and the laminated film are wrapped around the metal roller 8. While winding the laminate film 2, the laminate film 2 is pressed and adhered to the photographic paper 1 by both rollers 8 and 9. That is, the laminate film 2 is stretched and the photographic paper 1 is laminated so as to release moisture and contract so that a reverse curl occurs. The degree of reverse curling can be changed by rotating the pressure adjusting screw 11 to adjust the pressure of the rubber roller 9 that presses against the metal roller 8.

がない。 After lamination, when the photographic paper 1 returns to room temperature and absorbs moisture, the photographic paper 1 stretches, loses its reverse curl, and becomes flat. Therefore, according to this laminating apparatus, even when one-sided lamination is performed using the soft photographic paper 1, curling does not occur after lamination.

Therefore, there is an effect that the temperature can be increased in a short heating time and power consumption can be reduced.

Further, the heating mechanism may also be configured to directly heat the photographic paper 1 and the laminate film 2 instead of heating the rubber roller 9.

As explained above, when the laminating device of this invention protects the printing surface with a laminate film, the hardness of the roller that contacts the photographic paper side is made higher than the hardness of the roller that contacts the film side. A reverse curl is given during lamination, and after lamination, the photographic paper and laminate film return to their normal state, that is, flat. Therefore, there is an advantage that curling does not occur even when laminating only one side of the photographic paper, and the lamination can be performed while maintaining flexibility.
