ツドを備えたカートリツジを挿脱する第１ホルダ
と、該第１ホルダを往復移動可能に嵌挿した第２
ホルダと、前記デイスクを記録・再生ヘツドに接
離させるべく第１、第２ホルダを移動させる手段
とを具備し、前記カートリツジ及び／又は第１ホ
ルダには第１ホルダ内のカートリツジの位置を検
出して前記移動手段を駆動又は係止するセンサと
、第１ホルダに対するカートリツジの挿脱動作に
関連してカートリツジを第１ホルダに固定し、又
は解除する手段、前記パツドをデイスクに接離さ
せる手段及び前記シヤツタを開閉する手段を設け
