通して周囲の材料8と接し同材料8の分解を早
め、その分解物により孔7の目づまりを起す。こ
のために、暗きよ排水施設は長く使用できずに再
施設を必要としている。水中の木材等が長期保存
される理由は空気との接触が断たれているためで
あるから、この考案は暗きよパイプ2に水が満水
されるように水こうAを構成し、もつて目づまり
を解消して通水能率を維持すると共に、長期使用
に耐えるようにしたものである。

るので、暗きよパイプ2も水平に埋設されてい

パツキング16を嵌め込んでおり、そのパツキン
グ16を着座する口径及び傾斜面をもつた円筒1

合わせにて、パイプ18が栓箱10に間接的に固
持されたキヤツプ20によりパイプ18を回転す
ると昇降自在とされている。外管19の上端には
パイプ18に緩く外嵌したキヤツプ22をかぶ
せ、同キヤツプ22より上方へ伸長したパイプ1
8上端に第3図に示すT型のハンドルパイプ6を
外嵌する。同パイプ6の左右端部には端口キヤツ
プ23がネジ合わされてこの考案は構成されてい
る。なお、第1図のキヤツプ20上部の24は保
護パイプ、25は溢流口15の開閉及び中間洩水
を示す目盛り或いは彩色テープを示す。
