Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a recording ink having excellent quick-drying properties and water resistance, by solubilizing a soln., prepd. by dissolving an oil-soluble dye in a surfactant, in a hydrophilic org. solvent and/or aqueous solvent. CONSTITUTION:1pt. oil-soluble dye having excellent weather resistance (e.g., C.I. Solvent Black 31) is dissolved in 0.2-5pts. anionic or nonionic surfactant (e.g., polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether) to prepare a soln. The soln. is solubilized in a hydrophilic org. solvent (polyethylene glycol) and/or aqueous solvent. If necessary, a bactericide, deoxidant, sequestering agent, etc., are added thereto. Thus, there is obtd. a recording ink which exhibits excellent delivery stability, wettability on paper, quick-drying properties and water resistance. This ink can also be applied to plain paper and is suited for use in ink jet recording, writing utensil, recorder and stamp.

(GE rice! ji, technique) The inkjet recording method is made to imitate the second record head, and from the mth point, the ink droplet is layered on the ml recorder, and the ink is absorbed. This method of recording is extremely popular, and it is easy to record at high speeds and in color, and it is also possible to use plain paper. , facsimile, etc., and its application and development are actively underway.

(Problems that the invention attempts to solve) Oil-based ink has a wide range of options for recording paper, and is quick-drying (
Water-based ink has advantages such as reduced nozzle clogging due to the water resistance of the recording paper (penetration and absorption into paper), water resistance of recording paper, etc. On the other hand, water-based ink has low ejection quality and stability (flash point, toxicity The inkjet recording inks known in Japan are those in which an oil-based dye is dissolved in an oil-based refrigerant, or an aqueous dye is dissolved in an aqueous heating medium. In these inks, the dye evaporates inside the nozzle or on the nozzle surface, and the dye solidifies or evaporates at the nozzle opening, causing the ink to be no longer ejected. I have a point.

To solve this problem, if a bath agent such as polyhydric alcohol is used to prevent evaporation drying, ink drying on the recording paper will be slow, so in order to improve the appearance of the recording paper, If you don't use paper with good penetration and absorption properties, you won't be able to use Kubana P).

2. If the surfactant to be used is hostile, it is preferable to disperse it into the above solvent by mixing it with a mineral bath and allowing it to soften at °C. However, in the case of a solid surfactant, After mixing the oil-soluble dye by heating the active agent, it is solubilized in the solvent, or after the surfactant is dissolved in a hydrophilic organic bath medium, the oil-soluble dye is mixed in the solvent. make it possible for you to do so.

(Young Fruit of the Invention) The ink and "L old bath dye according to the present invention is subjected to a nearly monomolecular reaction using a surfactant, and the aqueous organic bath medium and/or relatives are converted into an OT bath in an aqueous solvent. Therefore, it does not cause clumping, and therefore, even when used as an ink for inkjet recording, the amount of ink liquid ejected from the nozzle does not deteriorate.

In addition, since the present invention is based on an aqueous bath medium, the ejection quality is still high, and the oil bath medium is not included in the aqueous bath medium. Because it is aged, it is not as good in wet writing, continuous drying, and water resistance on paper, and it also has a wide selection of recording paper, and can be used with commonly available Shintong paper.

From the above results, the recording ink of the present invention can be used as an ink for stingrays and jets, and it satisfies the requirements of ℃. It is a good recording ink because there is no vertical flow, and the fast and dry ink for the lumberjack is the same as above, and the old bath-related Toryo solidifies on the paper and its water resistance deteriorates. becomes.
