Conventionally, in order to maintain high heat retention performance and a high degree of vacuum for a long period of time, this type of heated and heat-retaining container generally uses a getter agent 5, which is attached to the vacuum part 12 of the outer container 2, as shown in FIG. ing. This gator agent 5
Although the ability to adsorb gas molecules improves as the temperature increases, it is difficult to raise the temperature significantly even when the heating element 3 is energized at the above-mentioned location, and a large gator agent 5 must be used.

The present invention was developed in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it suppresses heat radiation from the heating element, improves the gas molecule adsorption performance of the getter agent, maintains a high degree of vacuum in the vacuum section, and downsizes the device. To provide a heating and heat-insulating container that improves heating efficiency and heating efficiency. For this purpose, a getter agent is attached to the heating element attached to the inner container so that the getter agent absorbs the heat radiated from the outer surface of the heating element, so that the getter agent also maintains a high temperature when the heating element is energized. .

In Fig. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes an inner container made of metal or glass, which is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape with an opening at the top, and at the bottom of which heats the contents 4 stored in the inner container 1. Body 3 is attached. 2
is a metal outer container made of a metal member, etc., which has an opening at the top and is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape so as to enclose the inner container 1, and a sealing part 11 is provided at the opening of both containers 1 and 2. are provided to constitute a double container, and a vacuum section 12 is formed between both containers 1 and 2. 5 is a getter agent, and a holder 51 having an approximately L-shaped cross section is attached to the inner container near the attachment portion of the heating element 3;
A housing part 52 is formed between the heating element 1 and the heating element 3, and the heating element 3 and the getter agent 5 are stored in the housing part 52 so as to be attached in close contact with each other. 6 is the lead wire that connects the outer container 2
This is to lead out the heat to the outside and to supply electricity to the heating element 3 through an outlet section 61 provided on the bottom side of the heater. 7 is an inner stopper that seals the openings of both containers 1 and 2.
This is provided to prevent the contents 4 from leaking through the gasket 8 to the gasket 1. Reference numerals 9 and 10 designate lids and bases provided to cover the tops and inner stoppers 7 of both containers 1 and 2, and to cover the bottoms of both containers 1 and 2, respectively.

以下本考案の作用について述べる。 The operation of the present invention will be described below.

The lid 9 and inner plug 7 shown in FIG. 2 are removed, and after storing the contents 4 in the inner container 1, the inner plug 7 and lid 9 are closed.
When the heating element 3 is energized in the above state, the temperature of the getter agent 5 is maintained at a high temperature in proportion to the time period during which the heating element 3 is energized.

As described above, by attaching the heating element to the inner container having a vacuum double structure as in the present invention and attaching the getter agent to the heating element, the getter agent absorbs heat radiated from the outer surface of the heating element and radiates the heat. Since the getter agent is maintained at a high temperature when the heating element is energized, the adsorption performance of gas molecules in the vacuum section is significantly improved compared to when it is at room temperature, making it possible to maintain a high degree of vacuum in the vacuum section and improve heating efficiency. It is possible to provide a heating and heat-insulating container that improves the temperature of the getter and allows the size of the getter agent to be reduced.
